It has been brought to our attention that online ticket-brokers have recently been selling tickets to Philharmonic Center events at inflated prices. Some patrons have also reported purchasing tickets to Philharmonic Center events from online brokers but the tickets were not delivered.

We urge you to order your tickets directly from our website, www.thephil.org, or from our Customer Service Center at (239) 597-1900 or (800) 597-1900.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ticketing Information

  • All sales are final and non-refundable. However, a Customer Service representative will be happy to exchange tickets to performances with multiple curtains. Ticket exchanges must be done in person at the Customer Service Center.
  • Every patron, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Adults with small children are asked to be considerate of those around them.
  • If you are unable to attend a performance, we encourage you to return your tickets to Customer Service. This provides the opportunity for others to attend an otherwise sold-out show and may qualify as a tax deduction for you.
  • Tickets returned more than 24 hours prior to the performance time automatically qualify for a tax-credit voucher for the purchase price.
  • Tickets returned fewer than 24 hours prior to the performance time will be issued a tax-deduction voucher only if the tickets are resold.
  • Tickets can be returned by mail, hand-delivered or, if time does not permit, by telephone with Customer Service. For telephone returns, please have your tickets ready. Our Customer Service representative will need the following information:
    1. Performance title
    2. Day, date and time
    3. Buyer type
    4. Seat section, row and number
    5. Account number

Hayes Hall / Daniels Pavilion / Naples Museum of Art Information

Event Day Hours:

  • Main lobby doors of Hayes Hall and the Daniels Pavilion open one hour prior to showtime. Theater entrance doors open for seating 30 minutes before the performance.
  • Naples Museum of Art hours:
        Tuesday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
        Sunday, noon-4 p.m.
    The Museum is closed on Mondays and the following holidays:
        Easter
        Memorial Day
        Fourth of July
        Thanksgiving Day
        Christmas Eve Day
        Christmas Day
        New Year's Eve Day
        New Year's Day

Will-Call Policies:

  • Will call tickets may be picked up 48 hours after your purchase.
  • Tickets will be held for you at the Philharmonic Center for the Arts Customer Service Center and may be picked up at any window during regular business hours. On the evening of the performances, will call tickets are available at the designated window.
  • Please be prepared to present a copy of the order confirmation or other form of identification.
