It has been brought to our attention that online ticket-brokers have recently been selling tickets to Philharmonic Center events at inflated prices. Some patrons have also reported purchasing tickets to Philharmonic Center events from online brokers but the tickets were not delivered.

General Information

What do I wear to the Philharmonic Center and the Naples Museum of Art?
Suggested performance attire for gentlemen is a coat and tie and for women, a dress or pantsuit. Formal wear is appropriate for gala evenings. Casual dress is acceptable at the Naples Museum of Art.

Heavy fragrances, perfumes or colognes can be distracting and cause allergic reactions for some guests, and therefore are discouraged.  Please be considerate of others.

May I bring my camera, audio/video recorders, cellular phone or other electronic devices?
Cameras and audio/video recorders are prohibited at the Philharmonic Center and the Naples Museum of Art.

Cellular phones, alarm watches and beepers must be disconnected or checked with the House Manager before a performance.

What time do doors open for a performance?
Hayes Hall events:  Main lobby doors open one hour prior to showtime.  Hall entrance doors open for seating 30 minutes before the performance.


Daniels Pavilion events:  Entrance doors for lectures and performances open 30 minutes prior to the event.

What time does the show start and how long does it last?
Performances begin at the time shown on the ticket. Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate interval during the performance and at the discretion of the guest artist or House Manager.

Most performances last approximately two hours, including intermission.


Is it possible to get a refund, exchange or reprint my tickets?

All sales are final and non-refundable; however, a Customer Service representative will be happy to exchange tickets to performances with multiple curtains, based on availabilty. Please note there is a $2 per ticket processing fee for reprints and exchanges.


Are refreshments available at the Philharmonic Center?
There are five beverage bars serving beer, wine, champagne and soda. Locations include the Curtiss E. Frank Foyer (upper and lower levels) and in the Norris Garden, where a coffee bar is open for evening performances.

May I take a beverage or food into the theater or Museum?
Food and drinks are not allowed in the Hayes Hall, Daniels Pavilion or Naples Museum of Art.

Is there an area where smoking is permitted?
Smoking is permitted in the open gardens adjoining the east and west sides of the lobby. The Philharmonic Center and Naples Museum of Art are non-smoking facilities and smoking is strictly prohibited inside these buildings.

Can any part of the facility be rented for a special event?

Where are the rest room facilities located?
Hayes Hall public rest rooms are located in the east and west corridors of the Center and upper and lower levels. Second floor restrooms are at the end of each corridor.

Daniels Pavilion restrooms are off the foyer at the main entrance.

Naples Museum of Art restrooms are on each floor in the center of the rotunda area, next to the elevator.


All facilities are designed for convenient access.

 

Parking

Where can I park?
Valet parking is available for all Hayes Hall events for $10 per vehicle.

Limited self-parking is available at the Center. Additional spaces for evening and weekend performances available at surrounding bank lots.

Handicap parking spaces are located near the main entrance and east entrance of the Philharmonic Center.

Special Services

Is a wheelchair available to use during my visit?
A limited number of wheelchairs are available. Advance reservation is requested.

What provisions are made for the hearing impaired?

Wireless listening enhancement devices, which are free of charge, may be obtained for all Hayes Hall performances. Contact a member of the usher staff upon entering the theater.

How can I be reached during a performance in case of emergency?

Patrons can pre-arrange to be contacted during a performance in emergency situations.  Contact the House Manager at (239) 254-2684 or e-mail either nandrews@thephil.org or jwiedeback@thephil.org.

How do I contact lost and found?

Lost items can be retrieved between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Contact the Security office at (239) 254-2726.

Where are the elevators located?

Hayes Hall elevators are in the foyer on either side of the theater entrance.
Naples Museum of Art elevators are in the center of the rotunda area.
